• COMMISSION TERM AND SERVICE

• I Do have the right to accept / decline commission .
• I will send the final product via google drive.
• The delivery time will be agreed upon before the start of the project and artist will notify the customer of any unexpected delays.
• Refund will only be given for commission that has no progress in 2 MONTH.
• I will do my best to deliver the best results, and I would appreciate your patience.

• Payment currency is USD.
• Payment via vgen or fiverr ONLY
• Commission will start after payment (either half and half / full payment).
• For commission with deadline please notify me at least a week before the payment date, any order with less time than that will be charged with rush fee.
• Commission final file that has been sended is considered finished job and cannot be revised (except if i’m the one who make a mistake on the file / render).
• I'm not accepting NFT / AI based commission / project.
• Commercial and Company project could be discussed

• Copyright

• I DO have the right to publish my art on any website that I want as portfolio (except for private and commercial commission if it said on the contract).
• The Commissioner DO have the right to publish / upload your commissioned art from me to any website (credit is not needed but very appreciated).
• The Commissioner DO have the right to edit / render the piece that you bought from me (I would prefer if you inform me first if you did).
• The Commissioner DON'T have any right to use your commissioned art as commercial object on Non-commercial commission.
